Well it's been a long couple of weeks as I am starting a new job ... this has meant 2 weeks of induction/training/courses.
I dipped back into the gym but the 2 weeks have been away from home. Things start to settle down end if this week. I'll be back training next week when things are calmer.
I had lost weight (I felt it, not measured by scales) before this started but right now I am feeling a little bloated again. Not having a kitchen is a total nightmare.
Right now I just need ROUTINE!

The jist of it it right now is I've either not been home to be able to go or I've been too fucking tired.... it's getting to the point of wondering if I can motivate myself to train from home than pay for classes that I can't get to most of the time ....
Although I'm on less training my shift pattern kicked in and both have just made life hard. I get the training but I am bloody done with it now.
Rocked up last week feeling really lethargic ... my DOMs lasted way longer than the normal, I'm sure it's connected.
48 shift Sunday/Monday
Training (work not exercise) Tuesday
= couldn't be arsed even trying to set my alarm this morning
Hoping to rock in tomorrow & Friday!

On an off physical training .... now my work training have slowed down and I've nothing extra on my days off maybe I can find some routine.
I was to go this morning but too tired then I got up at 5.40 *doh* ffs planned a run but can't be arsed ... honest
I have been very conscious of my food though and know while I may not have lost loads or feeling too energetic I've not done a + on the scales while not able to commit to exercise.

So I've just been caught in bad routine constantly. The minute I think I can get some it changes or I'm too flipping tired. This month I worked out I could do 8 workouts at the gym if I didn't give myself some rest and chances I've had for 'rest' have been chaotic and I just can't do it ...
So now I'm playing with the idea of using my equipment at home and using the free outdoors, I miss the atmosphere of the morning workouts but I can't really commit like I once did and I don't like the evening sessions.
I have defo lost weight although I don't weigh myself so I don't know how much but I'm not gaining which is fine. I need to target my fat and shape again.

The future for the gym I go to (went to ) is very uncertain right now. All we know is the main guy is leaving which doesn't make me happy. Theres been no updates on who but he leaves end of the month. I'll wait to see what the future of that is before deciding definitely what I do next.
Eating ok ... apart from yesterday
