My 2018 Journey & Workouts - Eating Healthy Getting Fitter Again
I have totally forgot my workouts Thursday and Friday but I did go
Monday also kicks off with too many of the following:
Barbell cleans
Push press
Box overs
Assault bike
T2B (for me from floor because of shoulder)
Sweaty - I even put my hair up which I hate doing lol ... growing it back out but now wondering if to chop it again!
Food ok over the weekend. Not perfect but not over the top ... no prosecco

Can feel my endurance improving again ... slowly
One thing I can remember from last week is ending Friday with jelly legs. I swap my burpees for leg stuff and I swear I should have a firm butt by now

I tried the size 10's and nope so picked up the 12's and they are way too big round the tum. You just can't win can you sometimes!
Clothes are so hard to find aren't they! And then I find things that fit in one shop are too big or too small in another shop despite supposedly being the same size!
That drives me mad. I find NEXT fits nicely but I just wanted some temp 3/4 jeans while I lost an inch or 2!
10 round:
10 floor press
20 barbell bent over rows (meant to be single arm rows 10 each side but I need to do the barbell with shoulder)
10 rounds on the minute:
15 ass to floor wallballs
KB swings (replaced burpees due to shoulder)
Followed the WO with birthday Starbucks and fruit toast. The girls put a lit candle in her toast

KB swings kill me every time... hate them more than burpees!!!
I can't do burpees on my shoulder. If I'm having a good day I can get through some reps but then I screw my shoulder up, it's not worth it. Can't say I'm gutted I can't do them
