I have totally forgot my workouts Thursday and Friday but I did go
Monday also kicks off with too many of the following:
Barbell cleans
Push press
Box overs
Assault bike
T2B (for me from floor because of shoulder)
Sweaty - I even put my hair up which I hate doing lol ... growing it back out but now wondering if to chop it again!
Food ok over the weekend. Not perfect but not over the top ... no prosecco
