Floor Press

When I started with barbells I was doing 20kg, I remember thinking I'd never increase much more..

My max was 45kg and now I have a dodgy shoulder I am pretty pleased that I managed 2 sets of 2 at 50kg today although on my 2nd rep of one set my workout buddy needed to help me because my shoulder/arm 'stuck' *so frustrating* but Still pretty pleased with myself. I took the weight back down to 45kg on the next reps, I know I need to be careful.

I had to google floor presses! and im impressed, nice one.

Just curious why you dont use a bench? shoulder issues?

I have issues if i do barbell press, but find dumbells is fine (i am having knee issues from deadlift but thats a different story)
