New Routine For 4 Weeks - Ladies Who Lift Group
I have a new routine for 4 weeks. Where I do fitness camps they do a 10.30am transformation group just for women ... ladies who lift. There is only 8 in the small group but I've managed to get on and join for 4 weeks while the kids are off school. The time doesn't suit when normality resumes work and no play!
So 3 days a week I will a lady who lifts ... maybe a lady who tried ha!
I also have a 21 day carb cycling plan to follow, I am on day 2 and can't believe how much I've ate. I have a very poor relationship with food ... I am constantly being told I don't eat enough and I shouldn't be scared of fats. I am hoping this gives me a better attitude towards food.
Wishing me luck for something new!

Good luck! I have competed and won trophies / set welsh records as a power lifter so know the dedication needed for a weight lifting programme, I'm sure you'll do great and enjoy!

Wow purplej that is awesome. I've seen the guys/gals where I train talk about some serious weight lifting and events with trainers even clients. I definitely don't have the dedication or the time to make this a permanent forward but they are very confident the 4 week shake up will have some good results. I'm hopeful because they are confident ... I'm also stuffed from the food plan

Sounds like you're on a great plan and it can be addictive (lifting) always chasing the next kg's .
I gave up last November due to time restraints but really enjoyed. Hope you enjoy your programme.

I can only dedicate the 4 weeks membership as my kids are off school, the sessions that has space for me is at 10.30am and although I work from home it takes a chunk in my day. I prefer early up, done, home before kids are up ... I might get me some at home though

It has that, I'm really enjoying the sessions. Already on week 3, it'll be a shame when it's over but has given me thought to consider going back in the future when it might suit better.
