I have 3 more sessions and my 4 week booster is over. I have absolutely loved it so far. I think it's made my mind up that I want weights on a barbell in the garage when it's sorted.

Well my 4 week shake up ended with AWESOME reults I was so so happy!

I lost 10 inches in total off the tape measure and I am down to 24% body fat exactly #BOOM all this with only 5.5lbs off the scales.
