Why extra vit B? The old place I was at told me to take extra calcium, zinc, vit D & omega, I didn't though and I always forget to take my multi vits! ha!

Mostly online really, although the owner of my gym is big time into nutrition but also is a realist, in that white coffee, cheats and alcohol are part of life B vits are essential for energy and focus. A lot of the sports nutritionists bang on about them lol. X

It's amine field because if a PT doesn't like x way he's very touchy and or adamant about them.

Maybe it was vit B he suggested and not D!

What is your fat, carb and protein goals? x

There's a link in my journal to Mike Matthews nutrition article. On there there's a link to calculate your bmr and then you x it by .8 to generate a 20% deficit for fat loss. As for grams, 1g of protein per pound of body weight, so for me that's 161g. Then I'm sticking with 20% fat for my daily calorie intake which equates to 29g, the rest is carbs. I try and get them from heathy sources like fruit and veg, but I will eat a small slice of whole grain bread or if I'm lifting I have porridge (the 40g sachet of Special K) beforehand x
