I had 1 savoury cheese pancake and 1 with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and choc sauce x

I haven’t yet, and won’t be tonight. Got home 20 minutes ago and I’m up early so it’s an early night for me!

I just had them with sugar sprinkled on. Delicious!

Last week which was my last week on Keto I had some Keto waffles and I think I’m still full from those 😆
