On the plus side I had lots of opportunities to have more...
- Kids had an icecream out on Sunday afternoon I decided not to kowing I was going to have a mini tub that evening
- I had green tea at Hickories.
- My alcohol consumption was lower than norm AND NO PROSECCO OR COCKTAILS
- I avoided bread for lunches
- We had fajitas for dinner last night, i had 1 wrap then naked - I could easily eat 2-3

Might have stuffed some sour haribo sweets into my mouth last night
I've been really clean eating this week but last night I gave in to the pizza. Dominos meal deal 2 medium pizzas, I ate half of mine and had 3 cheese balls. I ate until I was full.
Throwing the body off can be a good thing, I didn't overdo it so I'm happy with it.
That sounds like you did really well with moderation rather than going completely off track. Well done

Chinese takeaway - Stirfry and rice noodles so not a 'bad' choice and no spring rolls!
