Alcohol
One of my biggest weaknesses 🙈 nothing like a pint of lager on a hot day! Also love wine and cocktails.
I need to adjust what i drink... definitely need to knock lager on the head i think.
What do you like to drink? Especially over summer!

Spirits are always favoured by slimming world members. With diet mixers, or soda water.
Prosecco is a winner with a lot of people too

It's not too bad. In Slimming World terms, prosecco is better than lager (less syns) it's 5 syns per glass usually, and lager is on average 11 syns per pint.
As we get up to 15 syns a day, a pint uses lots of them!

I've had 2 fruit Kopperberg ciders tonight. I know they're awfully high in sugar, but so nice on a warm evening!

There is a low sugar kopperberg that I've been told is nice, not as sweet as the normal ones. Not had it yet though!
