Hi, thought I would pop by as I am sure I will be a regular attender here. I am a yo yo dieter who is good at the beginning but then it all goes downhill.
A lot of us run journals where we post daily our food and for support day to day stuff. I'm sure wherever you post we'll be there with support when the wobbles approach.
Everyone here is really friendly and supportive. Hopefully you'll find this forum as useful as I have, and this time it will be easier to stick to plan.
