Well weekend gone I had my best friend from Northern Ireland over, she always takes the piss out of my healthiness especially since I served her up spinach over at hers once
so I said I would try and be between relaxed and good because I knew we'd end up drinking ..
Friday:
The plan was - home made chicken fried rice with curry sauce
What actually happened - Dominoes pizza, #Oops!
What else happened - 2 caramels lattes, some captain morgans and lemos! #DoubleOops
Saturday:
Dinner was - what we planned last night only because I didn't cook or it may have been pizza again lol
BUT - Other happened - chip shop chips & more captain and morgans with lemo followed with some apple and strawberry shots this being after a couple in the bar ... #OopsAgain
Sunday
The dinner plan was - Bolognese, pasta for the others zoodles for me
What actually happened - We went out for dinner and I had a hot chicken on a ciabatta served with wedge chips and some fruit Kopparbergs with BGT ... all after I had fried bread with the morning sausages and tomatoes!
I've been stuck on the scales for a month now so all things considered I was sure to gain even if part of meals were ok and I drank down a fair bit of water so to my surprise I have weighed in 1 - 1.5lbs lighter all this than my lowest lately!
Maybe I should do the same this weekend?
I swore it would go back up at some point in the first 1-3 days so I've been quite surprised. I'd b scared to try again reading back on that
Perhaps thats what we need to do every now and again. Give our bodies a shock with unhealthy foods.
The last time I had chip shop fish and chips 3 years ago I was ill so I haven't touch them since.I do sometimes fancy a pizza but OH stops me from having it.
That's what I was thinking I did tbh as the trainer where I do fitness camp has said I don't eat enough most times ...
I must admit the chips when we were out were worth it, so nice ... it's when bad food ends up a disappointment I get upset. x
Everyone has wobbles (no pun intended
) in their diet plans, but the important thing is to make sure next time you show more will and determination. Learning from our mistakes it really important.

We have to have those days Aimee ... I had a salted caramel chocolate bar this weekend, that was definitely worth it too
Foreverstray I didn't say it was a mistake to learn from, it was choices, I can refrain if I really want to ... I was more shocked I lost from being a little naughty
