Admit it - who's on the Christmas naughty list?
So who undone some of their hard work and dedication?
I just dived in over the holidays, I'd already gone down the bad path between my move so I wrongly thought to **** with it and enjoyed Christmas without counting the calories. I did however feel awful when my body screamed TOO MUCH, yuk!
I definitely made the Christmas naughty list

Have been so very very naughty. Roughly £30 a day on takeaway for the past two weeks. Still my New Year rescue plan has kicked in and have started exercising a little bit so should be back on target in no time
Hope you all had a great Christmas / New Years or whatever you celebrate

Bloody hell I barely have 400 quid after paying my bills let alone using it for takeaways
Probably just as well otherwise I think I would be worse off than I am now

Not me! Don't ask me how, but I lost three pounds over the holidays, without even trying. I was moderate with my goodie intake, but I did have more than usual. Maybe wrapping gifts and juggling holiday plans burns more calories than I thought?

I gained about five pounds over the holidays, but I have managed to drop two back off, so I'd say I'm doing pretty good. I think I gained about seven or eight pounds last year so to get through the holidays only two pounds heavier is a success for me.
