Falling off the wagon already

I know this is a bad time of year to start counting calories, but that's just what I did on Monday. I did O.K. on Monday and had a great start on Tuesday. Hubby came in with 2 pizzas for the ballgame last night and I blew it already. Getting back on the wagon today.

Everyone can have setbacks, I know I do. The important thing is to know that you fell off and need to get back on it. One of my biggest downfalls is pizza too.

^ I agree with this Setbacks can always happen but getting back on track is the important thing
I love pizza too. We've had too many lately!

I build falling off the wagon into my plan, rather than feeling guilty over it. I find if I build it in, I actually do better than if I try to be very strict with my diet.

The thing to remember is that setbacks do indeed happen, right now I am living in mine. I have a husband who has the worse case of the man flu that I may have ever seen. The kids are fine and so am I but after the nonstop running in the last month and now this I am just wiped.
