I have bought some yoghurts and am making yoghurt ice lollies with it to see if that helps with my sweet cravings!

Everyone has their vices, right? You're an active person and pretty fit, so don't be hard on yourself! My thing is that if I have it in the house, it gets eaten!! I've even done the same as you, thinking, "If I eat it ALLLLL now, then it won't be around later to tempt me!" Hahaha, at least until I hit the grocery store again!

Cadbury's and other milk chocolates are extremely addictive and it's really hard to start a bar and not finish it. Have you tried darker chocolates? They can take a little getting used to if you're hooked on Cadbury's, but try higher cocoa content bars. You'll find bars at around 70% cocoa have fantastic flavours once you're used to them, and it's easy to just break off one or two pieces and leave the rest of the bar. It's much more filling, and much less bad for you.
