Seafood buffet!

I am on vacation at the beach. We went to a seafood buffet today. We went for the early bird special. I figured if we went early, we wouldn't eat as much. Boy was I wrong! I don't think I have ever eaten so much! I did eat a big salad, steamed veggies and prime rib.

Enjoy your vacation I say! Although that's a good tip to be good... I'd go to seafood buffet and not eat

I love seafood but I am the most in love with crab meat. We have some legs in the freezer right now and I want to try and grill them this weekend (weather pending). How do you find out how many calories are in each type of seafood?

I don't know how you figure out the calories. I wasn't counting them that night. Today I had steamed veggies and a salad for dinner. The rest had ribs! They smelled so darn good.

A seafood buffet doesn't sound quite so bad to me. I love seafood and unless it's covered in cream sauce or with loads of butter, it should be too fatty, right? I hope you had a great vacation!!

A seafood buffet sounds like a dream. I think along the same lines as KatieMac: If it isn't smothered in sauces or butter, I considered it outside the realm of naughty food.
