Back on it and some

I've really got off my backside today not only that it has to be the most I've ever done in one day I'm feeling good!

5th March:

Rower 10 mins 81c 1641m/1.64km
Bicep x15 x15 6.25kg
Tricep 15 x15 6.25kg
Leg press x15 30kg x15 40kg
Vertical traction x15 25kg x15 30kg
Upper back x15 x15 15kg
Treadmill 15 mins 117c 1.82km

Outdoor run - 41 mins 357c 5.29km

Home workout:
10 crunches
10 bicycle crunches
30 squats
10 hip raises
30 second Plank
10 knee to elbow planks

* c = calories where information has been available on machine and mapmyrun app

Lots of water today
No green tea but got lemons at shop for in them
Good food and part on shakes with snacks

I will not slip back so many weeks again, all my tummy toning pics are everything I'm not now! It's very true going backwards makes you feel crap and is hard to get back on but pushing myself today and ending in a nice hot bath has been amazing... I nearly told the girls I wasn't going for the run and I nearly scrapped the ab work but realised I had no excuses!

Welcome back me

Thursday I was back at the gym for a session and yesterday I was meant to but had things come up and I wasn't in the mood.

I have really aches since Wednesdays day of exercise been eating well and lost a couple of lbs but today the scales were up again always a bit disheartening!

Wow. This is so much for getting your head back up in the game. Just always remember that there is more important than just starting and that is continuing it. There are a lot of things that will try to stop you but always look back and think of the goals that you have already accomplished.

I'd say to you, "Never give up" but I didn't take my own advice and I also have some catching up to do. I lost a load of weight a few years ago but splitting from my husband made me pile on the pounds since then. My head is clearer now and I'm determined. I'm not yet up to all the exercise you do but, I'll get there!

We never take our own advice do we, when life changes things get in the way and motivation goes out the window. I swear by fitness to help depression and it gave me so much more self confidence, positive energy, less lazy day in bed etc. yet I sloped backwards. I felt great the other day, it wasn't too much, I enjoyed every minute of feeling like I got back up.

I had to convince myself I wanted to do this after the original month of doing that I really noticed the difference and so glad I didn't give up, you can do it too Ruby!

Friday I was meant to go back to the gym but we had some crappy news on Thursday night and mood didn't take me there.

Holy cow!! Good for you!! Exercise is my HUGE challenge. I just can't seem to get going. I do love to be physical and came from a really physical lifestyle, before I moved last year. And now I can't seem to get in the swing of things. I know it makes me feel better when I do. Your post motivates me Thanks!
