I had bolognese tonight (extra lean mince) served with pasta and a sprinkle of cheese mmmm!
I always feel naughty when I've had pasta!

Last night I had:
Beef batchelors rice packet (free on SW)
Diced chicken fillet
Spring onions
Mushrooms
Tonight it is hot chicken salad with baby potatoes YUMMY!

Last night I had stirfried red pepper, onion, cherry tomato and chickpea wraps, which were well fit! Lunch today was couscous with cherry tomatoes, cucumber a little Rosemary and a few cashews followed by a lot of cashews *blush* had a Ginger cream biscuit too! Tonight is enchiladas with the same mix as last night!

Reduced fat sausages, mash and steam veg today and I went all out with 2 yorkshires lol
