I’m back, after what feels like forever, and many stones heavier
I’m 4 stone heavier than my ideal weight, which is properly shit, but need to get back on it. I manage a couple of weeks and then it goes wrong and I’m right back where I started.
Very much need some accountability, so I’ll be journaling and looking for meal ideas. Just got a Fitbit too and trying to move more, not easy when sitting at a desk most the day!
Hoping there’s still some familiar faces around!
Slowly people show their faces again after it’s been quiet so long.
I need to find some accountability again too.

What’s your weakest point do you think? What’s your ideal plan to succeed?
My weakest point is definitely snacky food, takeaway and alcohol at the weekends! Trying to meal plan to take the temptation away!

I’ve been stupendously lazy with all types of food planning, etc.
I’ve somehow managed to maintain my weight though which is very surprising, even if I do weigh more than I’d like!
But I’m also beginning to hate my body less which is a marked improvement.
I definitely need to get back into the right mindset to be healthier though.
