Lost wallet

We had lunch out with a friend who we have not seen in quite sometime as she is working on a house remodel right now. Come to find out she lost her wallet and of course it is the big one with everything in it. Years ago I started to carry a smaller wallet to avoid this very thing. Anyone else do this?

Ouch. That would be horrible. I luckily have never done that but I have lost a few other things out of my purse before.

One time I found a wallet that was full of money and credit cards. It was at my work, in the parking lot. I got their name from the cards and looked them up in the phone book. I called and left a message and they came and got it. The relief on their face was worth it.

If I'm out at night, pubs etc I take cash out and a smaller purse. Worst thing to happen

I got rid of my big fat wallet plenty of years ago. I have a miniature "card holder" style of wallet. I never carry cash so I just needed a miniature wallet to carry my license and credit cards. I feel like I am less of a target for thieves as it doesn't bulge out of my pocket like a traditional wallet.
