Youcan get the vapours in different strengths wobbs, they do high nicotine ones and you can gradually cut down and then they do nicotine free ones so you're still getting the experience just without the nicotine! If you go into a shop they let you try them and try out the flavours!
I'm smoking just as much as normal again I was doing so well as well

I need the mild strength but noticed where I want to buy from it comes with different strengths :/ I smoke ultra light so just want the lower ones.

"5 x pre-filled Tank cartridges (2 x 18mg, 2 x 11mg, 1 x 8mg)." I only want the 8mg strength!

I've got an ego one where you get the liquid separate and fill the tank yourself, something like that might be better if you're just wanting low strength? I think mine's 12mg, OHs got the strong one and it makes me choke! He bloody sat on his and broke it though

I want to try the nicotine kind to satisfy the cravings and then hopefully wean off to the plain vapor. That's the plan anyway. I keep telling myself I will save a ton of money.

I've done horribly this week so I am just going to try and relax and get a good start on it this weekend. I'll go to the store and get some crunchy celery and carrots to gnaw on when the cravings get bad.

I had the hardest time quitting cigarettes. For a while I supplemented with illegal drugs but that became way too expensive. I transitioned to vaporizing mint. I bought a small Pax vaporizer and grew my own mint. Once you break up the leaves you can vaporize it. It really helped me quit for good.

This week was a complete failure so since tomorrow is Monday I am going to give it a fresh go at it. I just need to keep repeating to myself how much better I will feel and how much money this will save so I can buy other things instead.
