Just once a week and that's it. I used to get on everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day and the habit became hard to break but eventually I did it.

After having kids I used to weigh myself almost three times daily – I was so obsessed with trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight! Now I can go a full week without stepping on the scale. It’s great when I know that I don’t have to be a slave to the scale.

I think one of the worst things I've done is replacing my scales when they broke! It's far too easy to obsess over the numbers, particularly when they stick!

Usually once a week. I don't weigh every day as it fluctuates too much.

I need a new scale. My scale reads about seven pounds more than the doctor's office scale. His has got to be the more accurate one! I'd like to throw it from the roof for lying to me and adding pounds!

Oh no, I'd hate that Jeans!

I like to weigh every day just to see how I'm getting on, if I see the scales shoot up then I know I have to reign it in...if that makes sense?
