I do hours of research on it. Most of those Id say arent good reasons to commit to a diet. I urge ANYBODY considering a diet to do their own extensive research first.

100% what is tried and tested. That being said it takes trying something new to test to see if it works.

I've been dabbling with Lighter Life/Cambridge/1:1 diet for the last 5 years and this seems to work well for me. VLCD seems to be easy and convenient.

It has to be vegan friendly and not too restictive to allow a gd variation of different foods
