1/2 fat Quorn sausages with beans. Was supposed to have potatoes with it as well, but couldn't be bothered cooking them.

Had my main meal at lunch time, quorn mince, carrots and onions in veg stock with new potatoes.
For dinner I just had a Sweet and Sour Mugshot and then quark mixed with Cadbury's Highlights (kind of like a chocolate cheesecake without the base) and fresh strawberries for dessert.
The dessert was nice, especially for only 2 syns, though very rich. I added a full serving (11g or 3 heaped teaspoons) of the hot chocolate, I wouldn't add as much next time.
