What's for tea tonight?!
Duck in hoisin sauce and veg.
Roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli and butternut squash. Gravy 1.5 syns :-)
Quorn mince with pasta, veg and homemade bolognaise sauce (tinned toms, onion, herbs).
Baked potato, tinned salmon mixed with quark, spring onions and cucumber, with a mixed salad.
Rice with bolognese
Last night we had bacon, tomatos, mushrooms and eggs!
Tonight chicken stir fry with rice noodles #nom
Last night was Chilli and salad
Tonight will be some form of Salmon stir fry with Cauli rice and plenty of other veggies
(on EE SP this week)
I think tonight I'm going to have quorn mince, made with veg stock, carrots and onions, with a baked potato.

Roasted veg soup tonight, as the only food left in thse house seemed to be wilting vegetables!
Salmon... possibly in a salmon curry with cauli rice?
