Today a bit of a mixed up one because of mudder training at 8pm tonight, I can't be stuffed up from a large dinner so spacing my meals out...... I'm about to have Ham, tomatoes, eggs and 1 wholemeal slide of toast for lunch with a total 0% yog after then I will snack on a skyr yog and some cherries before I have a slice of wholemeal toast, peanut butter and a banana around 5.30/6. When I get back I will have a protein smoothie
