HAHA I should have explained that one ...
It was Disney on ice day but we had to travel as my Mum was over from NZ and we missed the Liverpool dates. That was my breakfast so I wouldn't crave crap in the car driving, my bag packed up with goodies for the car/lunch and my diner on way back was at a pub restaurant I was relieved to find as I refused to go into the likes of KFC!

Some more of my food choices from this week!
Lemon pepper chicken served with salad
Avocado, game and eggs
Banana pancakes
... And these Arla yogurts are YUM!
Yesterday I had a bowl of home made jalfrezi no rice etc
Today I had my main meal early which was chicken served with chilli and garlic sugar snap peas ... After my evening training session I will have an English muffin halved with ham, eggs and mozzarella cheese beside some leaf salad sand wine tomatoes #yum
