What's for tea tonight?!
Dinner was chicken and lots of veg last night ... tonight is chicken stir-fry, probably do a sesame sauce with some rice noddles.

I've got home made Chinese tonight.
Chicken in white sauce with brown rice and veg.
Fish finger sandwiches. Not had them for ages!

Friday I had a chicken stir-fry
Saturday steak, eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes
Sunday Jalfrezi curry with only a heaped tbsp of rice (I had more curry he has more rice)

I've got carrot and pear salad that my mums making.
Last night was 10 pints of cider. Um....yeah
