chicken stir-fry and unknown sauce or lean bacon, eggs and plum tomatoes served on spinach! #decisions!

Stuffed butternut squash

Cod, pasta and green beans.

Some of my meals this week:

- Oven cooked chicken with mashed sweet potato and mediterranean veg
- All green chicken stir fry with some rice noodles
- Spicy scrambled eggs with bacon medallions spinach and grilled tomatoes
- Slow cooker Jalfrezi with cauliflower rice and brining in some grains, wheat etc back to my foods 80g cooked wholegrain basmati rice and half wholemeal pitta.
