Sw quiche, hassleback potatoes, salad and coleslaw.

Chicken casserole.

Quorn mince Spaghetti Bolognaise (maybe with a tiny sprinkle of cheese)

I buy parmesan cheese for my bol now.. just enough

Last handful of meals have been:

• Steak, eggs and vine tomatoes
• Chicken salad
• Kale chicken (will post recipe) served with spinach and pine nuts
• Fajitas with lettuce wraps
• Bol with zoodles

Tonight I am having plenty of chicken with a pack of sugar snap peas which I stir fry with some coconut oil, chilli and crushed garlic
