Saturday I went to Hickory's with a couple of the boot camp girls. It included 3 cocktails, chicken skewers with chips and a cheese cake! I had no regrets but I was extra good when I got back and dinner was a protein shake.
Sunday we had a roast dinner, I had sweet potato roasties so behaved again

plenty of veg of course.
Tonight I am having a chicken salad with cottage cheese and a boiled egg ... overload protein!
