Got to love roast dinners in the week!
I had chicken stir-fry but instead of noodle or rice I had 2 handfuls of bean sprouts! I felt liek I ate loads since I ate the whole tub of stir-fry veg but can only be good for us right. haha!

Today is our monthly team outing to Alberts restaurant. I plan to have a large garlic bread for starter. Not sure on main yet but might be pizza. Chocolate volcano with honeycomb ice cream desert. Followed by a Toblerone cocktail and coffee Couple of pints of decent larger to wash it all down. Job done. Have skipped breakfast, had small lunch and am forgoing my usual Friday night kebab supper.

I think I drooled when I read chocolate volcano with honeycomb ice cream... honey comb is a weakness of mine!
Tonight is chicken, sweet potato mash, steam veg and a little gravy!

2 Pitta Breads - simple chopped salad : baby gherkins, roasted red peppers ( from Jar ), lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Malden sea salt and lots of freshly ground pepper. 3 Aberdeen beef sausages cooked in oven, chopped up and mixed with chimichurri sauce. Sadly sauce from bottle not homemade as am being lazy even so Nom, nom nom
