I had a chicken and veg soup for starters and then chicken and bacon salad earlier... floors being redone meant we needed to eat out! Resisting temptation of other foods while having the excuse was silently torture!

Tonight I had rice, kidney beans and mixed veg.

Sardines, brown rice and kidney beans.

Chicken and potato waffles!

Spaghetti bolognese.

We are going to have a bacon and pepperoni pizza
