I have been good this week!
Monday - Poached egg, spinach, tomatoes, quorn 'bacon' and cheese on wholemeal muffins served with vine tomatoes, more spinach and sweet potatoes roasted.
Tuesday - Quorn chilli served with rice
Wednesday Spicy chicken chicken salad... admit a few naughty tortilla crisps!
Today was a slow cooker chicken stew but forgot to take meat out and haven't been to the shops. I might need to go ... x

Yesterday I had cottage pie with vegetables and right now I have some chicken in the oven to serve with a double portion of vegetables and no potatoes today just undecided if to make a little cheese sauce or have a little bisto gravy.
