Spaghetti bolognese.

Today will be chicken salad as will every day for a while! I've been too naughty I need to snap out of it and enjoy various foods again, good foods and not too much of the bad!

I know the feeling Wobbles, I must behave now too, after stuffing a bit too much yesterday.

So, tonight I will have a marinated lean pork chop with salad (going to omit the carbs as have been a bit too carb heavy lately)

Having chicken casserole in the slow cooker for dinner.

Paella (hurray my absolute favourite right now)

Breaded lemon cod with rice and veggies.

We ended up having a kebab on the way home in the end, oops!

Chicken skewers in a greek marinade, bit of leftover paella and salad.

Bacon and vegetable omelette.

We had sardines with pasta in a tomato and herb sauce.
