Today will be chicken salad as will every day for a while! I've been too naughty I need to snap out of it and enjoy various foods again, good foods and not too much of the bad!

I know the feeling Wobbles, I must behave now too, after stuffing a bit too much yesterday.
So, tonight I will have a marinated lean pork chop with salad (going to omit the carbs as have been a bit too carb heavy lately)
