Tonight, Wednesday, I plan to cook Zingy Lime Chicken. It cooks in the slow cooker and is a recipe from a book called The Skinny Slow Cooker Recipe Book. I purchased the Kindle version for 99p and all the recipes range from 300 to 500 calories. Well worth a look if you like using a slow cooker.
