I won't repeat the weekend menu

Nice healthy week coming up though and maybe a BBQ or 2 to use some of our freezer stuff up!

I make it separate on the plate and don't have any sauces. I'm quite unimaginative!

Chicken casserole in the slow cooker. My go-to meal when I'm too tired to cook in the evening!

Beef casserole with rice. I tried rice in the slow cooker last night and it was so nice! Definitely trying it again
