A beef casserole again. It's the easiest meal to make in the slow cooker when my husband is working nights and we eat at different times. I've promised him no more casseroles for 3 weeks after tonight until he's next on nights!

You are making me want to get a slow cooker. Be so nice for Winter nights

Roast turkey breast, couple of new potatoes (though I might not have any, family can eat them I think), fresh veggies - really need a couple of nice clean eating days with little or no syns.

It really is a great thing to have. It's so easy to just put everything in there in the morning and have your dinner all ready later on

I have never tried that but I have friends who love it and say it tastes a lot nicer than it sounds. Hopefully you'll enjoy it!

I am having a chicken casserole and I think my husband is having chicken with rice as he doesn't want a casserole.
