What's for tea tonight?!
Chicken casserole again. I'm obsessed with my slow cooker at the moment! 
Sardines with cheesy sweet potato mash, rice and mixed veg (onions, mushrooms and green beans).
I'm making a beef stew in the slow cooker. The first time I've made one!
We're having bolognese tonight (only dare eat pasta the night after weighing in lol) using some pancetta in it with my syns, saw a lovely recipe on the tv. Already looking forward to it

I think I may have pie and sweet potato fries. So ready for tea now!
Lean pork chop with salad and new potatoes tonight.
Chicken casserole. We will be having a few of these this week I think as my husband is on nights and it's something easy to make in the slow cooker when we need to eat at different times.
