No idea yet but probably something easy to make like a baked potato as my husband is out all day and I'm looking after poorly toddler who is v clingy!

Bought some white sub rolls from greggs yesterday evening so tonight's tea will be chicken, bacon & BBQ sauce on a white sub. Yum!
