I love stew but I equally love fresh crusty bread and salted butter with it  I might change my Thursday plans to a stew actually ...
Today was extra good dinner: chicken, salad, sweet potatoes and cottage cheese!

Thinks turned around today
Had main dinner at lunch - jacket potatoes, salad, ham and cottage cheese.
Them after boot camp we had scrambled egg, tin tomatoes and oaty bread ... We did have some bacon though because it needed used up but really wouldn't have if it hadn't needed used! Well deserved though
