We had spaghetti bolognese. I also made some sweet potato chips for the first time, but they didn't turn out that well as I boiled them too long initially.

Spiced sweet potatoes sound really good Yummy

We tried the Lemon Chicken from the SW Taste of Asia cookbook, it was really tasty, but couldn't eat it all (probably a good thing, totally fell off the wagon - couldn't even see the wagon yesterday haha)

My beef casserole turned out really well! I put so many veggies in it that it all came out green, but it was great. Even my husband said it was 'surprisingly nice' and he is super fussy!
