It was nice to get some salad back into my life today ... jacket potatoes and pepper salad.

I've been really off plan this week. Don't quite know what happened to me - probably something to do with being on SW for three months and needing a bit of a blow out. So, been back on it since yesterday - hopefully not too much damage for weigh in tomorrow.

Chilli con carne for me - always seem to do really well on the old losses when I eat that - fingers crossed! xxxx

Chicken curry...salad and some ww naan

Duck Pancakes (did some chicken as well for the kiddy) with salad (recipe was from Taste of Asia SW book, but I used Hoisin sauce instead of Plum) 1 syn per pancake and 2 syns per tbsp of Hoisin Sauce.

Cajun chicken burgers tonight and wedges with salad also popped some roasted red pepper in the burgers and it was yummy. (Heb on roll and Hea on cheese slice) synned mayo and salad dressing.

Danish Frikadella tonight - husbands on cooking duties. I am a total hungry hungry hippo today so I can't wait. I only have to get the salad done then I am going to spend a few syns on a rum and diet coke with a big old wedge of lime in it and sit in the garden Happy Saturday all! xxxx
