Turkey steak and pasta in a creamy tomato sauce

Jacket potato, cottage cheese & salad ended up being the quick option yesterday. No idea for this evening... I've not been to the shop!

Chicken casserole

Chicken done in instant pot with the obvious served with homemade dressing (skyr, chilli, garlic & fresh squeezed lemon) and some cheeky wedges with peri peri seasoning!
