I've had soup all week. I had a little chicken pasta and sauce Wednesday. My rule is if I need it have it. Been a good week!

Chilli last night with a wrap basket - carb days  yay
Today having garlic and lemon steak, mash and green beans. Love Aldi... the right portions and fab prices!

Saturday I had steak, green beans and mash with a lemon, garlic and pepper sauce/marinate!
Yesterday I had chicken, sweet potato butternut squash mash with green beans and a little gravy.
