Jacket potatoes, wafer ham, salad with a side of coleslaw and possibly a little light Philadelphia!

We had lentil cottage pie, was amazing! Although I decided it wasn't enough and went to the shop and bought those cadburys egg and spoon things and a big bag of doritos

I made lasagne for dinner. I did it right this time and it was absolutely delicious!

I made my DH apple crumble for dessert, but I resisted that!

Tuesday we had a chicken salad served with some cheesy coleslaw.

Last night we had lean pork, roasted mixed veg, garlic potatoes and some roasted parsnips.

Tonight with the left over chicken refrigerated from Tuesday it's chicken fried rice (added mushrooms and spring onions) with mayflower curry sauce.

We're having some ham I baked today with some potato wedges (spray oil) and plenty of salad, possibly some hard boiled egg in the salad too.
