I'm bored.

Aileen's out to work and I'm stuck in waiting for a work delivery.

Making vegetable soup.
half a swede
1 potato
1.5 leeks
2 parsnips
3 onions
4 sticks of celery
6 carrots
and I'll throw in a couple of oxo cubes.

It's just started to bubble in the cast iron pot.

Question
I have in the rack:- Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Tarragon, & Sage.

Which one..... or two..... or three ?????

Basil and sage are usually good together, along with thyme!

50% of the veg taken out, blitzed, then poured back in.

It now looks like this.
