I'm totally undecided tonight if it will be carb or low carb #hmmm
Carb will be chicken, mexican rice, egg and spinach
Low carb will be chicken and some veg of some sort

I had fried savoy cabbage with sugar snap peas and cherry tomatoes with a whole can of tuna. Used no oil to cook veggies and tuna was in spring water. it tasted amazing,

Roast Beef and synned yorkshire puddings today (I cook them in little silicon cupcake cases so there's no need for oil) and lots of veggies.
