I did salad with it in the end, we have all been loaded with awful colds since just before new year, I am currently lucky to get more than 1.5 hours sleep at a time between poorly little ones waking! Finally coming out the other side now

I think I might have chilli tonight, I'm feeling pretty I decisive! I've been really good at cooking huge portions this week and freezing them down, so I've got a good week's worth of meals in the freezer!

Tonight I cheated, I haven't ben feeling too fab lately so cooked some chicken, put some pasta on and added a jar of some chilli tomato sauce *tut tut* @ the jar, I avoid them and it had bn in cupboard for some time so once in a while I guess!
